It's no secret that there is a world-wide decline in transaction mail that is caused by the adoption of electronic delivery. This trend has been happening for almost ten years now. In fact, six years ago, in 2012, households were already paid more transactional documents electronically than by mail. Currently, 56% of all bills are paid electronically due in part by the rise of Gen X and Millenial generations.
Starting at the beginning of Q3, all clients who sign up with or already use our intelliStatement® solution will have access to the brand new F.I.L.E. Tracker feature. F.I.L.E. Tracker gives each user an instant view of what is happening to their file, in real-time, right from the table of the solution.
With Papaya Payments assistance we’ve reduced the time it takes to receive payment on all patient statements. Paired with intelliStatement®, a practice can now allow a patient that receives a printed and mailed statement to download the free Papaya Payments app, take a picture of the statement using their smart device, and choose their preferred method of payment.
Think about how your organization currently manages transactional documents. How many hours each business day do your employees spend preparing, printing, and then mailing statements? On top of that, how much time do they spend collecting on payment for services that have been rendered? If your costs are high, then it’s time to consider our intelligent statement solution or intelliStatement®.
Invoices can be very effective marketing and promotional pieces for small or large businesses. You may want to communicate offers to customers, or let them know their lease is soon expiring.... an invoice is the perfect place to offer these types of incentives. Does your staff have time or the resources to create these marketing campaigns, or is your staff spending numerous hours on manual tasks such as creating invoices, printing and emailing/mailing. Some ERPs give you the capability to generate invoices, but lack the customization that you desire...
Create a more effective patient payment program by improving communications around patients’ medical statements and offering a variety of payment options. Medical facilities often receive feedback from their patients and adapt to meet their needs. In turn, Etactics listens to these requested changes and adapts to meet the facility’s needs. To do this requires a partner that understands customer service and can make changes quickly – and that’s exactly what Etactics does. The value of the Etactics solutions goes beyond improving cash flow.
Like most businesses, we attend a series of conferences and tradeshows throughout the year and network with the attendees at the same events. Our partners or the hosts of the conference will send out an “attendee list” with names, addresses, companies, etc.... but usually these lists never include an email address (if only it was that easy!). We decided to try something new... send a postcard in lieu of an email inviting registered attendees to visit us at our booth during the convention! Yes, a thick piece of paper you receive in the mail... that you don’t even have to open!
I recently went to the doctor's office for my health and wellness check. It was going on 3 years without a routine check up so I knew it was time to give a call and go in for the dreaded check-up. Like most Americans, going to the doctors is not on my list of favorite 'things to do' but it's important to take care of yourself! As I approached the counter and gave the receptionist my insurance card, I waited for her to ask me for the co-pay as they have done so many times in the past. She didn't ask, and told me to go to the fourth floor and sit in the "M" section. I sat down for only a few moments before having my name called. The check up wasn't as painful as I thought it would be, and I was out in a short amount of time. I thought on my way out "that was a great experience, no co-pay, everything checked out normal, and I'm out at a reasonable time!"
Today we enjoy over 4,000 clients located throughout all fifty (50) states and some US territories. Their business models all vary as we serve health systems, rural hospitals, clinics, physician’s groups, medical billing companies, AL and LTC pharmacies, specialty groups and practices. However, every one of our clients share a common objective within their organization, and that’s placing the statement associated with the service and medication that they have provided into their patient’s hands in a timely manner. The statement generated and mailed or presented to a patient or guarantor represents the cash flow critical to allow these organizations to operate on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Imagine this, you’re at an expensive restaurant, and every detail was perfect about the experience. The food was fantastic, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was positive. Before leaving the restaurant, you receive the bill, which is printed on cheap paper with low quality, smearable ink. That small piece may be what you remember about the restaurant. The invoice or statement is your contract with your customer; it should carry attention to detail, branding, and clear messages.
