KPMG's Survey Points out Weaknesses in Compliance Programs

Earlier this week, KPMG published their results and findings of surveying Chief Compliance Officers from across seven different industries in order to understand the overall regulatory environment. As the regulatory environment continues to place outside pressure on corporations across the world, the need to create, adhere to, and understand compliance regulation becomes ever more important.

The results of the survey show that compliance officers are making substantial progress in their programs particularly in governance and culture, policies and procedures, and communication and training.
