A New View on CRM

n the years I have spent in Sales and Sales Management, one of the most troublesome aspects of the organizations I have worked for was the ability to understand what was happening within the organization and where management and individual contributors needed to focus their attention.

This combined with each department using different systems to manage their data; led to countless meetings, little collaboration between departments and very little progress on both short term and long term organizational goals.

The final results of this the lack of collaboration and little sharing of information was a poor customer experience, delayed customer implementation, lack of customer response and unnecessary reactive pressure within our own organization.

However, we need your help. We are bringing a process management and customer relationship management (CRM) system, designed for internal use, to market and we are looking for your feedback.
