Developer

The developer supports our web-based portal and other software-as-a-service solutions and applications. The ideal candidate will be asked to act as a subject matter expert in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems as they arise and develop detailed programing logic to resolve the same and/or enhance our offerings.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Associate degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent professional experience) required

Client Manager

This position has been designated to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and guidelines. This individual must be able to effectively communicate with both customers and coworkers. They must also be able to properly manage multiple tasks and customers at any given time.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team environment
  • Good computer skills, must be proficient in Word,Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with problem solving and managing multiple projects

Account Executive

We are seeking a solution-oriented, sales professional with a verifiable track record of sales success to represent our state of the art, software-as-a-service(SaaS) EDI Solutions products in the Healthcare Provider Industry. Our clients are hospitals, large physician groups and large medical billing companies.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in direct sales or account management (with revenue targets)
  • Ability to balance duties from an operational function (i.e. implementation issues) to C-Suite level relationship building
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve quantitative goals,take direction, and work independently
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities and presentation skills

Production Manager

Our Output Solutions department is responsible for the printed and electronic delivery of statements and invoices from a wide variety of input sources. We have developed our own proprietary software to achieve this function

 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent career experience
  • Must be able to manage files and directories within Microsoft Windows
  • Willing to work extra hours as necessary
