As a clearinghouse we accept your claim files in a wide variety of formats and process the information to meet HIPAA transaction standards. We process the following HIPAA transactions:

• 837 Health Care Claim
• 835 Health Care Payment Advice
• 270/271 Inquiry/Response for Eligibility
• 276/277 Inquiry/Response for Claim Status
