Clearinghouse Claims photoWhen our customers call us, the phone is answered directly by our customer support team. Most problems are resolved before the end of the first call. Since claims enrollment and submission can be confusing, our implementation and support teams work together to provide:

Upon receipt of your files we apply clearinghouse edits that are designed to enhance compliance with current coding guidelines, and reduce the errors that delay reimbursement.

One common error for multi-site practices occurs when the provider id does not match the assigned id for the place of service. Unlike other clearinghouses, Etactics validates the id provided in the claim against the site and payer.

Etactics applies custom edits as directed by individual practices. National and Local Coverage Decision (LMRP) edits are available as well as the Correct Coding Initiative (CCI) edits.

Etactics consolidates payer reports into a single, standardized easy to read format. We turn confusing data into useful information. Claims are separated by payer and grouped by accepted or rejected status.
