About Us

Etactics was formed in 1997 with the mission of assisting our clients in the effective communication and delivery of invoices. Our goals include cost reduction, better tracking and faster payment. Our product offerings are marked by innovation, effectiveness, ease-of-use and web-based accessibility.

Our initial focus was on the healthcare market, specifically concentrating on medical claims transmission and payment between healthcare providers and insurance companies.

Our service has since expanded to include document generation and delivery (either electronic or print) of almost any document. Our EDI and Print Capabilities provide our clients with a single source and cost effective solution to deliver invoices, statements and other time sensitive customized documents.
