Michael Teutsch, President
Michael Teutsch is the founder and architect of Etactics. His degrees and
related experience in electrical engineering and computer science provide the
philosophical background for how our software solutions are developed and
supported. He believes that without outstanding customer service, no client can
be satisfied.
Carl Trownson, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Carl joined Etactics
from EMDEON and is responsible for sales and marketing of
Etactics
' products. Carl has 25 years experience providing solutions and
services to healthcare clients. Carl has the belief that if you bring
significant value, strong recurring relationships follow.
David Bice, Director Output Services
David is responsible for business operations for Etactics
Output Services.
Under this capacity he is responsible for implementations, new product rollout
and production. David joined Etactics
from Eastman Kodak and has over 25 years
of data processing, software design, customer service and operations experience directly related
with output services.
David Christoff, Director EDI Services
David is responsible for business operations for Etactics
EDI Services.
Under this capacity he is responsible for implementations, new product rollout
and production. David joined Etactics
from FEDEX bringing experience
developing and managing large scale, real-time data processing
production environments.
Brian Martin, Chief Technology Officer
Brian is responsible for critical decisions on how to technically implement
our products and the strategy to deliver those products. He is responsible for
our infrastructure and key technology decisions related to all aspects of our
business.
Randy Oscarson, Director One-to-One Communication
Randy is responsible for Etactics' Postcard and one-to-one communications
business. Randy's role is to market our services directly to end users and
develop reseller channels for our unique technology and services.
Ray Dalessandro, Director Business Development
Ray Dalessandro is responsible for Business Development at Etactics.
Increasing sales of Etactics' solutions and services is a major focus for Ray
through a growing and increased national Reseller and Strategic Alliance
Network. Ray brings 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and management
as a partner in his own INC 500 software company and contributions to a Fortune
100 firm. His focus has been in Healthcare Technology with special emphasis on
Patient Communications and Revenue Cycle improvements.
Rachael Giacobbe, New Business Development
Rachael served as Implementation Manager for four years which fully grounded her
in all aspects of successfully bringing customers to "live" status. This
experience enables her to assist our business partners in bringing Etactics'
services to their customers and prospects. |
