ACH Direct (Real-Time Credit/Debit Card and Electronic Check Processing)
ACH Direct (ACH) provides real-time merchant account services. Data is transmitted via the secure ePay portal available from Etactics. ACH also offers an interface called the Virtual Terminal. This interface allows you to manage, query and report on all payment transactions for multiple client locations. The Virtual Terminal also has the ability to export these transactions back to your accounting or billing software. Payments can be processed in a single, future date or recurring schedule option. The Virtual Terminal allows payments to be taken in a variety of formats including point of service/sale, over the phone, through the mail or through a web portal. Returned items can be easily resubmitted based on a specific day or number of days as defined by the user.
