ETACTICS, INC. HAS NEW HEADQUARTERS

Etactics Inc., a nationally recognized healthcare clearinghouse, provider of Patient Friendly Statements and commercial statements and invoices, has moved its headquarters to Stow, OH. The move will effectively double the space that Etactics currently had at its former Hudson location and will also allow for the continued growth and expansion of this rapidly growing healthcare and outsourcing technology company.

The facility will include state of the art communication and security features allowing Etactics to further enhance the critical processes that it performs for their customers and reseller channels.

Michael Teutsch Named 2008 Distinguished Marketing and Sales Award Recipient

January 23, 2008 - Hudson, Ohio

Michael Teutsch, founder and President of Etactics, Inc., has been selected by Sales and Marketing Executives (SME) of Cleveland as a recipient of the 2008 Distinguished Marketing and Sales Award (DMSA).

The DMSA is a premier honor which acknowledges excellence and provides community recognition for outstanding sales and marketing achievements. Recipients have demonstrated successful leadership in sales and marketing management as well as extraordinary customer development, superior planning and organizational skills along with strong community and professional development.

Mr. Teutsch will be honored at the 47th 2008 DMSA annual banquet to be held on February 21, 2008 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. The event benefits the SME Education Foundation Scholarship Fund.

Etactics, located in Hudson, Ohio, was formed in 1997 and is a provider of healthcare clearinghouse services, as well as patient and corporate statement and invoicing services. Etactics' electronic data interchange and data mapping capabilities provide over two thousand clients with customized solutions for their communication and reimbursement needs.

Mr. Teutsch is a graduate of Ursuline High School. He received degrees from Youngstown State University and Loyola College. He has been a resident of Hudson for eighteen years.
