***An Important message regarding Etactics status for HIPAA Version 5010 Conversion***

As a claims clearinghouse and a trading partner with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS), Etactics is tested and meeting all deadlines to provide our customers with the service and technical support necessary to minimize the impact to their workflow and revenue cycle throughout this transition to HIPAA 5010.

Etactics has spent significant hours and resources testing with all payers and is currently sending compliant 5010. The important deadline to be aware of was:

• January 1, 2012 - All providers and trading partners were to be in production with HIPAA Version 5010.

Not all payers, however, were accepting 5010 at the 01/01/12 date and Etactics continues to work with all payers still in testing. Etactics will continue to keep our customers informed with FAQS and updates on our website, notifications through our Member Area and E-Mail Reminders. It is our overall goal to provide our clients with all of the resources necessary to make their 5010 and ICD-10 conversion as easy as possible.
